We needed a better system to organize our tee mugs in our kitchen. Over the time we collected many mugs. So now you cannot easily access them in the cabinet anymore. Thus the plan for this small rack with two drawers was born.

This project was a quick and straightforward build, and in hindsight, I wish I would have taken a bit more time for it. Especially the wood cutting part was not good. I should have used the skill saw to cut the wood down instead of the bandsaw. The cut pieces would have been straighter which then would have made the glue up more straightforward as well.

The final result of the project is usable and fulfills its intended use case. Also, as it is not visible, the crooked look does not bother me so much. However, I see with this build that I still have a lot to learn, one of which is that I should not rush a build.
